Well we finally found & got these guys.
Been trying for a couple of years now without success. Very hard to find Plecos & so happy to finally have found them. Much thanks to a good friend & neighbor who has also been part of the search & found the connection. Hopefully they grow fast & start breeding so we can start to share this seldom seen Bristlenose. :cool:

These guys are quite shy yet so no tank shots at this time. Once they settle in I'll update with tanks shots.

Nice, did you get yours from Charlie? There are a few of us in the GTA and surrounding area that have them, but very few have any large ones.

To be honest, I'm not really sure. :o
I got them from my friend & neighbor & it was something he had set up & had shipped here. I am kind of suspect that that is where they came from though. They certainly are not that common around. Hope to eventually be able to add a few more to the group. I just love these little guys!!!

Some of Charlie's little L-183's went West but most stayed in the GTA. I now have a waiting list for more. Hope they spawn soon.

I too received 6 of Charlies little beauties here in Port Moody as well.
Don it was your and Adrian's search on BC Aquaria that got me hooked on these little guys.
They have settled in well and are pooping up a storm, good sign that they are eating well I assume.
A quick thanks to Charlie for going to the trouble to send them cross country.
