Male L-134

Here are some pic's of his tail. This is one of the dominaant males in the tank. His patern is awesome but these were the best I could get of him he hides all day long near the hole of the log he lives in.

he is pushing about 3.5'' and is about 2.5 years old. I had another one that was younger that looked like this one but it was one of the L-134's I had die not that long ago when the whole tank went to the crapper.

Very nice patterns. I didn't know that 134s were that spinny...especially around the tail region. Great pics !!

I have males that are spiney and females that are fat. They are all show and no go.

I have not tried to spawn them yet. I think they are getting to that age soon. I see some nice males and the rest have to be female as they are all over 3.25'' and at least 2 years old well with me for 2 years. They are very very aggressive fish and hate other plec's. They seem to get along just fine but when I had some Bn's in there they went to town on them.
