I am getting a couple of rays this week, and want to feed them some feeder fish. They are currently getting neons as some of their diet, but I cannot breed those.

Mollys? Platties? Guppies?

I've had the best luck with guppies, get a handful of each sex and you'll have an unlimited supply :D

Oh nice what type of ray's are we talking here Rich? Dont tell me those Leo's from Below water LOL

You will want to get your hands on some live black worms. That is the good stuff and they love it. Or some nice dew worms.

Feeder fish dont do them well they are hard for them to catch.

How long do black worms live for? Hard to get them where I am.

haha no, no leos, I cannot afford those guys. Getting these ones Potamotrygon aff.motoro Royal spotted ray Orinoco, I cannot find a pic of these so hopefully they look cool. Or just have brighter orange spots or more of them or something.

Jerry Draper who owns The Tropical Fish room has live blackworms, perhaps he'd ship them to you. Using Priority Courier, insulation & a heat pack should do them just fine if you can't find em locally.

Black Worms don't need heat packs. I keep them in the refigerator. You have to change their water every day with cold water.
