L134 is not on the ban list but their price has increase so high. Yet lot of plecos are on the BAN are still forsale at lfs as the same price before the ban list release.

Even some fish not on the list may be in short supply because of quota restrictions now being imposed.

That depends on when this list was created. I think the time line is very important. Even 2 years after the new ban list was put out, I still see some of the plecos imported into Canada. So some times, I have to wonder if the list was really effective.

In true South American fashion it partly depends on whos palm gets greased whether the fish get through or not. Some may have already been in a collectors compound at the time the ban was announced. L-46 Zebras are still coming though with permits for breeding purposes.
Fry Babies is presently taking advanced orders at $400 each for wild fish that will be coming in.
