Well I finally got my 125 gallon tank back up and running today after a long 2 month period where it was just standing on end. I had a bit of a leak, well with one of my Eheims, there was water coming leaking from one of the tubes. It caused a bit of hell on my hardwood floor, but in anycase.

I had a really nice stand made of Oak. Stained it black, looks really nice, except I have got to get my friend to finish it and make me the doors and a nice canopy now. Got the SUMP all setup today. I have a 55 gallon tank with 3 chambers, hides all my heating etc. First sump I have built and it turned out great! Will get pics up of it tomorrow, to dark right now.

The tank will be fully planted with some easy growing plants, I'm no green thumb.

Stocking:
Leopard Frogs
Orange Laser Corys
Few BN for algae control
1 Gold Nugget
A dozen or so Discus from Hans Discus :) (coming next month at the catfish convention)

Stay Tuned for pics!

You may want to try a lotus in your tank Big leaves, very pretty, flower occassionally and last a long, long time. My discus seem to like it.

Well I finally snapped a pic of the tank. The doors just came in the other day and I have yet to stain them.

Nice tank Rich, the plants look great, the discus must love it in there. The stand looks awesome too, did you make it yourself?

Yes I made the stand myself, well with the help of a cabinet maker friend :)

I am using the hagen t5ho GLO lights. And nw I wish I waited and bought lights from ken at kensfish.com WAY WAY cheaper. oh well.
