I've had this guy for 10+ years, I have no idea what he/she is. Anyone have any ideas.

Peckoltia sp for sure not sure of what one.
Try checking out planetcatfish.com click at the top on cat-e-log, then scientific names from l-z, then choose loricariidae scroll down to peckoltia and check out the different types. You most likely will find it unless it is one of those peckoltias that dont have a L# and are not that popular and just given the ID of a peckoltia.
I would bet on it being a he as well :)
EDIT-- Might be L-205
yu also have to consider it is at least 10 years old so the colours might not match up 100% because most of the pic's are of younger fish.

Would have to agree on some sort of Peckoltia, as said check out planetcatfish for more info, could be 1 of a few species :( See the link below for all the Peckoltia species.

10+ year?! Wow, he looks really small!
The first thing that pop into my mind was an L147. But that can't be right because an L147 would've hit 6" in 4 or 5 years.
