Blue phanton and Green phanton.

I have no idea. It may have to do with catch location as one of them is higher up the river than the other...

I have never seen a difference in price unless one is bigger than the other.

There are only a few people who have bred them and not in large numbers. That is why the cost has not dropped. All that you see for sale are WC not CB.

Generally the Blues L128's are a couple dollars more for the same size as they are further upstream then the L200's.
