Well it appears that I'm going to have to deal with my first case of ICK in 8 years of fishkeeping

It seems that I have caught it pretty early, and only 2 cardinals have about 5-6 spots each, and a few of my baby platties/ guppies have 1-2 spots each.

I have raised the temp already to 82 to help speed up the cycle, I was just wondering which medications you have had the most success with in the past? I'll be heading to the LFS tomorrow to pick up some meds and begin treatment, fingers crossed I wont lose my clown pleco's!

In the tank are cardinal tetras, guppy's, mollies, clown pleco's, and oto's.

Thanks for your help!

Quick Cure if you can find it (try MOPS) or Kordon Rid-Ick.

bummer man. i just got some ich too for the second time in like 10yrs. lost a gold nugget. pretty pissed about that. my solution was to change the tank to bare bones and treat the fish separately in another tank
