That is definately a Blue Eyed Panaque. Nice Fish!

Yes it is. A Pananque cochliodon or suttonni (arg I can't spell). A very very rare pleco now-a-days.
Do you have any plans to part with it? I can make you a worth while trade with another very rare pleco ....
