Boxing Day Sale

So, who couldn't resist the Boxing Day temptation to spend money on fish or more equipment? I bought a 65 gal tank, cover, heater, Hydor Koralia powerhead, Marineland C360 filter, more bits and pieces and some Khulie loaches for my daughter. The wife's PO'd but what else is new - no sex for another month! Don't know yet where I'll put it but I'll think of something (that's the fun part).

I also picked up (well ordered online) some Hydor Koralia powerheads, they are pretty sweet, I'm switching over to use only those now.

Over the cristmas season I picked up a New light for my 65tall, Rena XP2 Filter, various sundry items and the following plecs L264 Sultan, L128 Phantom, and L204 Flash (pair)

Knaveto, where did you find the 204's? I have 4 of them here but looking for some more. How big are they?

Good question. I haven't seen Flash plecos available for a while either. I also noticed that KnaveTO treated himself to a Sultan pleco - good choice. A word of warning, if you got it from Big Al's in Mississauga, chances are that your pleco will have a bacterial infection. Don't waste time cause it's nasty. Treat it with Tetracycline. Other meds don't seem to work on this one.

I got my Sultan from Big Als in Scarborough. And so far he seems to be fine, eating... but for some reason he likes the front of the tank so I see him all the time. The Flash plecos I got from Menagerie. Was a lucky find, Harold brought them in for another customer and they siad that they wern't L204's... guess they were wrong cause they look like them to me.

You are correct. It looks like an L204 to me. I have three of them and I got them from Big Al's Brampton last year.
