L213 Sexing

Looks like mostly girls to me, but I am no ancistrus expert by any means. Will wait to see what the more experienced say.

I think Rich is correct. They look like females. #4 could be a male. Pictures from the side might help to identify them better. Do any have bristles up on the nose?

How could someone be so unlucky... 5 ancistrus, 5 females...
I had one male (with lots bristles, very slender and bigger), but he died last month, he was not in good shape and stop eating.
Now, I need to find a male !

Looks to me like one is a boy to me.

All male have a line of whiskers up the center of the nose. Very rare to get all females unless they were sexable when you bought them and they were picked over.

They were no sexable when I got them 9I think, they were my fish ancistrus and the guy at the LFS didn't know either), they were to small with no bristol. I picked some bigger ones hoping they were males, but with no luck...
I will try to find a male, but I think it will be hard.
