Hi everyone, I'm a new comer and I find this site very informative!
I noticed these plecos and I have no idea what they are. The tag only labeled the Leopard Sail-fin or "Gibby" pleco in the tank with these guys but the employee I asked didn't know what they were either. I've attached a picture and hope you all can help me find out =)
Thanks!

Not the best pic, but judging by the label name, sounds like Glyptoperichthys Gibbiceps aka Leopard sailfin pleco. Relatively common, and they get big. Here's the PC caresheet - http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=148

Yeah, they were all hiding and I don't have a great camera on my phone unfortunately. There is one leopard sailfin in with them that was recognizable as the Gibby. but these 3 looks nothing like them =\ I was doing some research yesterday after I visited Dragon and saw they had plecos that resembled L253s which at first I thought were L014s but then the label said L029 and I researched the vampire/galaxia plecos and some resemble very closely to the pleco in the picture but the one in my pic is lighter but pattern of colouring and body type looks almost exact. Either way, I probably wont be able to purchase those guys, Ty =)

They're definitely not galaxias. I might pop by Dragon and take a look for myself =)

Oh it wasn't in Dragon. It was at PJ's in Square One. Dragon does have this pleco that I have no idea what it is. Could be an L253 but it`s got the same mouth or sucker shape as vampires since it`s listed as an L029. Dragon also has a King Tiger =O

These fish used to be L-109, but they are 109's no longer. They are still commercially bred in Asia and sold as L-109.
