I have a forest right next to my house and I love taking pictures of bugs. Why have I never thought of this? Great pictures and great idea.

Wow Hong!!! Beautiful! How did you get the critters to stay still for you?! =)
Now you just need to do this in the early morning and you'll get the same effect.
If you don't mind me asking, what kind of camera and lens are you working with?

They don't stay for long so I have to work very fast.
My camera is Nikon D90,
Lens Tamron DI 90mm Macro + two set of extension tubes (6 rings total)
Flash nikon SB800 with off shoes core SC-29
