Is this fungus?

Does this look like fungus? I just took fry from him today and put him back in the tank from the fry saver. When I came home I noticed his tail looked fuzzy. Then I saw it was on hisbody too. Everyone else looks fine.

I will test the water but I should be loosing fry if there was something with the water.

It looks like fungus to me. I haven't had it for some time but Ii remember fish succumbing to it pretty fast. Keep an eye to make sure it doesn't get worse. Any other fish show signs of it?

He's the only one so far.

I got to see him today and he looks 90% better. He only has a small spot left on his side. Nobody else has been affected. I raised the temp and added mela/pima.
