I'm not sure what the current going rate is. I'd certainly be interested in two or three if they're not ridiculously expensive. Is this one of the species that Bwhiskered is breeding? It would sure be nice to get some from a local breeder if available.

If you can find them for $30.00 or less, count me in for three.

The best place to find good plecos at a reasonable price is at some of the fish conventions in the USA. Room sellers often have good fish of many species at good prices. For example I bought my six L-134 for $80.00 Most plecos run around $25.00 each. The Catfish Convention had some room sellers with good fish. The Ohio Cichlid Extravagavza had loads of sellers with plecos and I'm hoping that the American Livebearer Convention in Strongsville, Ohio has room sellers. It is only about a 4 hour drive from the Peace Bridge. It starts on April 27th. You can check their website http://livebearers.org/

I was at That Fish Place a week ago and there is nothing there unless a miracle happened and they got in a good shipment since. There is far more plecos at the Dragon closer to home. I met Stephan Tanner there and got some of his Snowflake Ancistrus. I hope they grow up to look like the one pictured on his website. swisstropicals.com

Thanks for checking in the States for us. Is there a chance that plecs might be sold at the upcoming conference in London?
