Happy Saint Patricks Day. Looks like another beautiful spring like day. The wife and I took a drive out to Long Point on Lake Erie yesterday but the swans have not yet arrived. We were a week early for the migratory ones. We did see a few Robins and some Red Wing Black Birds as well as a Bald Eagle. Most of the ice is all gone but some sheltered spots and ponds still have some.

Must have been nice! The days have been glorious. Longing for a nice drive to somewhere.

Happy Saint Patricks Day to you too. I missed the parrade though. Had to dial in to work on Sunday.

Speaking of swams, my swams came back on Friday morning already. I was just drive to work on Friday when 2 huge white birds kind of just glided by. I know they had to be the ones that hang around the pond near my house. Their bite really hurts, bugger bit my fingers when I feed them 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I didn't see the third one, that was a baby male that hatch 2 years ago. A lone survive from a batch of 3. Hopefully, he was just out looking for a mate and not a victim of some hunter.
