It's up for sale at this Japanese store (http://aquafin.web.infoseek.co.jp/pleco/New-pleco-top.html). But I seriously doubt any body can ID this because I think it's a new pleco and doesn't even have a name yet ....

The pleco that it resembles most is the L-226 Panaquolus changae. The book I checked was Aqualog L numbers the head markings are very similar.
