Rich, on an earlier thread in the old photo gallery, you show a picture of two 125 gal tanks mounted on a grey steel rack. Where did you get it? It looks quite sturdy.

Home Depot.... $199 support 7500lbs.

Its really not that stable, it needs to be bolted into the wall and or floor then it will be rock solid!

Also the shelves are exactly 18" deep, soooo u need to get a little foam on the first layer then a wider 19" or so shelf as most tanks are slighlty deeper then 18 :( My 125's are at least :)

Unfortunately I have to move again in a few more months and I am 95% sure I am going to build a nice wood stand for them and not have them ontop of each other like that again. Will prob recycle the stand tho with 6x40 breeders.

Rockin stands... Lemme see if i c.an dig up the link I found them originally from.

Whoa! That is impressive. At least for now, my wife would have my knackers if I tried something like that. We're looking to buy a larger house so maybe I can end up with a true fish room. Great food for thought. Thanks.
