For all you people out there that are short on funds and can't afford one of John or Zcliff's fry savers here is the answer to your prayer. I have one of John's fry savers and I think they are great and will be a great asset when my lazy King Tigers spawn again as they can have 80 or more fry. My trouble with the standard fry saver is do to the fact my 20 gallon long tanks are in the shelf end ways and tight to each other making it impossible to be able to clamp it to the side. This was what prompted this invention. Great for small batches of fry and the low wallet.
First you must pick up a Dollarama shower accessory holder for holding gadgets in the shower. It has half inch holes in one side and 2 large suction cups on the other side. It is about 10" long 3" wide and 6" deep. Sand the front of the holes with sand paper to rough it up a bit and cover the holes with a piece of the plastic needle point mesh. It can be glued on using silicone. The sponge filter shown can be glued on in the same way.

Your biggest expence is the filter about $8.00 the gadget holder $1.25 and the silicone about $5.00. You may already have some of the items as I did.
