I would think a mix
Unless the short fin parent has longfin Gene they will all be regular fin. Cross the offspring and get about 25% longfin

You will get a pecentage of long fins. The male has the dominate genes for colour and the female for finnage. If the male has long fin genes in his back ground the percentage of long fins will be higher. The beautiful long fin male that I have a picture of in the lounge is the offspring of a short fin albino male and a long fin lace female. Him and his sister throw a small percentage of albino. Everyone drools when they see that fish.
