Just wanted to share an unfortunate turned good experience with MOPS today.

I ordered some equipment and glass top for my aquariums. Everything came super fast (next business day) and was also exactly what i ordered. Unfortunately the glass top got damaged during shipment. I sent an email to MOPS just after the shipment arrived (informing them of the mishap) and the next business day i received a Fed Ex notification that my new glass top was in transit.

No questions asked, they sent me a replacement, I got it today and everything was great.

Thanks for the reference CanadaPleco! Im definitely going to be ordering for them in the future.

take care

Totally agreed with you both. I personally like their toll free phone number....and someone actually answers the phone. If you are not sure of with a part, etc. They usually will help sort it out over the before you place the order.

My 2 cents :)

I know Dan Cole personally. I have the advantage of being about 25 minutes from his warehouse and can go and pick things up. He has good prices on RO units and some foods like Sera Catfish Chips that are hard to find. A must have for all of us is a water alarm by Corallife called the Screamer. Stops you from overflowing tanks and barrels.

are 'catfish chips' the same as sera spirulina tabs?

If I'm not mistaken, it's Sera Pleco Chips With Willow & Alder Wood

No, cats is correct. The sera catfish chips include alder wood, great for panaques. Most of my other plecos do not touch them however.
