Error every time I post

Hey Rich every time I post I get the following message,

The following errors occurred with your submission:

1. This forum requires that you wait 30 seconds between posts. Please try again in 24 seconds.

When I hit post again it puts in a double post. So what I have been doing when I get the message is Hit the back button and refresh and the post is there.

Any idea what may be causing this?

it happens to me all of the time I use quick reply also.

Even though the first time you click post reply and it gives you the error msg, it actually already posted it.

The next time....at the page where it gives you the error msg, scroll down and you will see your reply posted.

Yes, I've run into this every time too, so I just ignore it. It'd be nice to have it fixed though.

Weird, i have never seen the error message, and cannot duplicate it :( I blame it on windows.

It hasn't happened today yet for me. But I see a double post above which meant it happened to Bwhiskered. :D

I will look into it guys. I figured out why I dont get the error, cause I am an admin, I can post every 2 seconds without any problems.
