I've been using construction 2X4, 2X2 left-overs from my wood working projects to my Cichlid Tanks for many years. They were seasened and soaked in my garden for several months, joined with stainless steel screws. Siliconed with rocks to weight it down to water. Disinfect before using in my Aquariums. The common plecos and the bristlenoses are quite happy to hide and chew on them. The Question is .... Can I use it on other Plecos esp. for wood eating plecos. They can simpy eat their cave while resting in it.
