It looks like a Sabaji L075
Peckoltia sabaji • Loricariidae • Cat-eLog • PlanetCatfish (http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=195)

I too would have to agree with Matt.
It could also be known as LDA02
I attached both photos to compare.

Ok you see how the tail has no spots and has a yellow seem as well as the dorsal fin just like the L-163.
Check out the pics here Peckoltia sp. (L163) • Loricariidae • Cat-eLog • PlanetCatfish (http://www.planetcatfish.com/catelog/species.php?species_id=30)
This fish is 100% L-163 not a sabaji

I agree, sabaji (para) has no yellow/orangy seem on it's tail.

It's definitely an L163 (Big Spot Peckoltia). I had a nice pair for sale on PN and CP too, if anyone recalls.
