Do you have female BN's in there as well?

If not who the hell knows. It would for sure be a first LOL

Maybe he is just a baby sitter LOL

Me too, I kind of doubt that would happen. Since you have 7 L201, it is probably the L201. What does the eggs looked like and how many? If it's only up to 20 eggs and deep yellow/orange in colour, then it's the L201. If it's yellowish/white and in the 40 - 50 eggs it's a BN eggs.

Not likely. The 201 eggs are also larger than bushynose of the common types.

well going with what everyone says i'm guessing the BN was just baby sitting,
there are no bn females in the tank.
there was only about 20 really orange eggs that have now hatched to wigglers.
moved cave and wigglers to a bare bottom 10 gallon away from the EBJD that were also hovering around the cave.
time will tell what they are for sure.
will keep you updated.
thanks for the responses...

Wow, now that should be interesting. Do keep us updated. I think in 1 month, you should have a bit of an idea what they should look like. In 3 months, it should be pretty evident if they are cross or not. But being L201 they grown 3 times as slow as a BN ...
