They call it the Queen Imperial Tiger spot/white. But I have heard them also called the platinum leopard frog pleco as well.
I've once seem a platinum Royal pleco as well. It as red eyes, so apparently it was an albino.

Or regular leopard frogs and they over exposed the photo...

No way, we can't compete with the Japanese. They are willing to pay allot more than we are willing to pay for.
