Here are a couple of new pictures of my L201 X L262 cross. Sorry for the quality of the shots. I need a better camera and photography lessons from Hong.

Thanks guys. The biggest ones are about 2 inches long. They have grown very slowly. I have them in a 4 foot long shallow 65 gallon tank with bigger plecos, plants, driftwood and caves.

They hide alot therefore it's hard to get pictures. I don't want to disturb them by trying to catch them. Next time I'll try to get better shots.

Those are really nice... I unfortunitely can see the hybrid argument comming to the plecos eventually :(

Ross, there has been much heated debate about hybrid plecos. Many arguments both for and against.

Genetically modified I have an issue with... hybrids... no issue

Very nice fish Gino :)

I think that most of the different types we see are what they call hybrids.

There could be many natural crosses in the wild. One of the many reasons for so much confusion with the L numbers.

I couldn't agree more. There are a fair number of arguments being put forward that the various L numbers out there for certain plecos are just variants on others, a good example are the Zebras with the straight and wavy line versions. There are obviously others as our debates on here have proven when looking at fish based upon knowledge and images
